Every settlement page is built from the administrator's own site and the court's notice. Here is how.
Figures come from the administrator
Each figure is the maximum the administrator has published, or a share of the fund where no per-person maximum is published. The source is named with every figure. We add no estimate of our own.
Deadlines and dates come from the court
Claim deadlines, opt-out and objection deadlines and the final approval hearing come from the court's notice and orders in each case.
Every page shows when it was checked
“Checked against the official site” is the last day a person compared the page with the administrator's site.
The claim link is always the official one
The Claim button opens the administrator's own form. Filing there is free. We never file for you and never hold money.
If a page and the official site disagree
The official site is right. Eligibility is decided by each settlement's administrator, not by Claimmy.
