About the case

This lawsuit alleges that Thinkware Systems USA, Inc. misrepresented and falsely advertised that its X700, F200PRO, DC-M2-FG-IR, DC-M2-FG and F70PRO dashcams featured a Super Night Vision function, without disclosing that the function was only available in parking mode. The case was filed in California state court on behalf of people who bought these dashcams in the United States. Thinkware denies the allegations and any wrongdoing but agreed to settle to avoid further litigation.
