The lawsuit says the High 5 Casino and High 5 Vegas social casino apps broke Washington gambling and consumer protection laws by selling virtual coins; the companies deny it and settled after a jury verdict for the plaintiff. People who bought virtual coins in either app while in Washington between April 10, 2014 and September 30, 2022 can claim a share of a fund of at least $12 million and up to $30 million, paid over several years and based on how much they spent.
