Claimmy

Text message terms

Last updated October 29, 2026

Claimmy (claimmy.org) is a product of Wayco Consumer Brands. In these pages, "Claimmy", "we" and "us" mean Wayco Consumer Brands.

These terms cover the text messages Claimmy sends to your mobile phone.

What you'll get

  • Sign-in codes when you sign in to Claimmy.
  • For Claimmy Plus members: reminders before a settlement's claim deadline, new settlements that fit your answers, and account and billing notices (payment receipts, failed payments, renewals).

How you sign up

You enter your mobile number at claimmy.org to get a sign-in code. On the last step of your profile, you tick a box to get our texts; the consent statement under it says which texts we send. Tapping Save my results with the box ticked is your agreement to get them.

Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.

How often

Message frequency varies with your settlements and your account.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your carrier.

Stop and help

  • Reply STOP to any Claimmy text to stop getting them. We will send one message to confirm, and then no more.
  • Reply START to get them again.
  • Reply HELP for help, or visit claimmy.org/support.

Support

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are available on major US carriers.

Other companies' texts

If you separately agree to be contacted by CaseHelp, our sister service, or by a law firm, their calls and texts are their own and follow their own terms. Replying STOP to them stops theirs.

Privacy

Your consent to receive Claimmy's text messages, and the opt-in data that goes with it, will not be shared with any third parties. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
