Open for claims · 10 days left

Checked against the official site on Oct 30, 2026

A lawsuit says four San Francisco Domino's stores run by ASI Foods and related companies charged a 6% Health Care Security Ordinance fee and called it a tax. California residents who paid the fee at 3116 Noriega St., 320 Bayshore Blvd., 5200 Geary Blvd. or 728 Geary St. between December 4, 2023 and August 12, 2026 are covered. If the stores have your email, you get a voucher for 75% of the fee by default; the claim form lets you take a payment of 50% of the fee instead, and if they don't have your email you claim with proof of purchase.

About the case

The lawsuit alleges that Asi Foods, Aai Foods, Ahi Foods and Ari Foods, which run four Domino's Pizza franchises in San Francisco, charged a fee of six percent of each order tied to the San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance but identified it to customers as a tax, in violation of California law. The defendants deny any wrongdoing and any liability. They stopped passing the fee on to customers in January 2026.
